Cup Delivery Time

We understand your eagerness to receive your order. Under normal circumstances, you can expect your cups to arrive between 5 and 10 business days. This timeline ensures your business's water needs are met without any unnecessary delays. Should there be any changes to this timeframe, we will communicate with you accordingly.

Check your order status here.

  1. Navigate to the My Accounts tab

  2. Click “My Orders” from the menu on the left

  3. Scroll to the order to see the expected delivery date

  4. If you’d like to see more details, click “Order Details"

  5. Scroll down to the “Shipment(s)” section. If the products in the order need to be shipped at different times, you’ll see multiple shipments, with what products are in each shipment. You’ll also see a tracking number for each shipment.

  6. The tracking number for the shipment is a hyperlink to FedEx where you’ll be able to see the status of your order.
