If your Quench system drip tray is overflowing or continuously draining water, there might be an issue that needs attention. First, check if the drip tray is properly inserted and not filled to capacity. If the problem persists, it could be a sign of a larger issue such as a leak. In this case, please turn off your water system and submit a service request immediately.
