Requesting Quench to Fill Out Vendor Registration and Safety Forms

If you need Quench to fill out vendor registration, safety forms, or other vendor forms, we're here to assist you. Our team can provide the necessary information and complete the required forms. To submit a request, simply follow the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to “Get Support”

  2. Click on “Support Request”

  3. Click on “General Account Inquiry”

  4. Tell us what you need support with from the below options

  5. Type your inquiry in the text box and then hit “Save And Continue”

  Tip: Remember to provide all the necessary details to expedite the process!

  6. Once done it should look like the SAMPLE below. At this screen take a moment to review your submission. If you need to edit anything hit the “Edit buttons” on the right. If everything looks correct to you, please hit “Submit”
